With over 24 years of diverse experience in the financial services industry, Manoj is the strategic force behind Manaj Finance. His career spans across four leading banks—including two global and two large domestic banks—where he spent 18 years building deep expertise in credit risk.

Manoj later transitioned into a leadership role as Business Head at a leading NBFC, where he built the supply chain finance business from the ground up. He also pioneered a first-of-its-kind LAP-SCF combo product in the industry, showcasing his vision for innovation.

His leadership extended to COO-level responsibilities, managing Credit Underwriting, Operations, and a Centralized customer care function. Manoj has personally engaged with borrowers across the entire spectrum—from large corporates to SMEs and sole proprietorships—giving him strong insight into the lending landscape. His strategic vision is rooted in balancing innovation with robust governance, ensuring that growth is both inclusive and resilient.
